Where are you located?

Tracy Adduci Salon is located at 408 North Clark Street in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Check and all major credit cards except Discover. Gratuities cannot be applied to your credit card.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any service or package of services must be held with a credit card. All service(s) must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. In the event the guest is a no-show or cancels within 24 hours for a scheduled appointment, 50% of the service(s) missed will be charged.

Clients who arrive late for their appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time. If this happens, the full cost of the service will still apply.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our waitlisted guests of any availability, as well as keeping our stylists’ schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and consideration for your fellow guests.

Do you take walk-ins?

We do! Pop in or give us a call!

Do you have parking?

Street parking may be available. The two closest parking garages are Greenway Self Parking Garage at 60 w. Kinzie and Self Park (next to CVS) at 111 w. Kinzie.

What is the best public transportation?

We are two blocks north of the Clark and Lake “L” train stop and the Clark bus (#22) drops right on our corner (Kinzie and Clark).

Do I have to book and/or pay for a blowout with a cut or color service?

No – All of our cut and color services included a blowout.

How long will my services take?

Depends on the service and hair length. Inquire for a specific time window.

Can you come to me?

Yes.  We can have our team come to your hotel, home or event space. Depending on distance there may be a travel fee. Contact us for availability and specific pricing. 

Is it cheaper if I want just a trim?

No.  However if you are a regular client bang trims and neck cleanups are free.

Do I need to wash my hair before an updo?

A wash is not included with an updo service, clean and dry is suggested.

Do your stylist do balayage?

Yes.

What kind of extensions do you do?

We can install Klix for a more extended look. We also make custom clip-ins, halos and other such pieces. A consultation is usually required, contact us for availability and pricing.
